Meet Tim
Real Estate LawTim Russell, founding member of the Law Offices of Timothy M. Russell, LLC, concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate law and Estate Planning. Tim has been practicing law since his admittance to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006. Prior to starting his own practice, Tim was an associate with two area law firms. Tim graduated from Western New England College School of Law in 2006 receiving his Juris Doctor and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2000 receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Tim truly enjoys helping others which is why he found himself drawn to these two areas of law. He finds enjoyment in seeing his clients' faces as they close on a new home or the comfort a client feels when they know their loved ones will be properly cared for.
Tim resides in Charlestown with his wife and three children. In his downtime, Tim enjoys coaching his kid’s soccer teams and skiing with them in the winter.
